Pernilla is the Best!!

Super stoke that I got the opportunity to do this 30day challenge. It really set me up with my nutrition and new workout program and lifestyle. I saw changes in my body within 3 weeks and know that to achieve longevity and to reach my ultimate goal, I most keep at it for another 2 months and then move to maintenance. Learning all that with the community, the work sheet and the accountability was a great experience. Thank you 🙏🏼

Pernilla’s challenge is exactly that but in the best way possible. It is designed to affect you as a whole; mind, body and spirit to intact REAL change in your life! The workouts are tough (I’ve never been so sore) but adjustments available as well! The community I’ve experienced and getting to actually talk with Pernilla is the cherry on top! If you are thinking about pursuing any of Pernilla’s challenges….DO IT!!!! You won’t regret is and look and feel amazing in the process!!!!

Plan is customizable for all levels...but is still challenging! Pernilla is very engaging and you can tell that she is committed to her mission. She is a great guide for those looking to embark on a fitness journey. The mix of physical and mental work is a great all around exercise. Will do again!

I purchased the program because I was looking for a challenge. I enjoyed the program and everything was going great until I pulled a muscle in my abs. I was only able to finish 3 weeks. I will finish the the final week when I am healed. I di not see any results but I do feel stronger.
