Really happy with the challenge so far. I needed structure in my training, with basic equipment, not complicated movements and the sessions with Pauline has all of that. I'm thankfull!

I am really enjoying the exercises Pauline has put together. I work out regularly and this challenge has me feeling a bit stiff.😉. I also purchased the meal program, I’m loving the simplicity of the recipes, however I’m not home enough to prep. Something I will work on. I feel the two programs together have exponential results. I can’t say enough good things about Pauline’s positive energy, love working out with her!!!!❤️

Excellent program that is challenging and exactly what I needed and wanted. The video demos on form for each exercise are so helpful. 3 weeks in and I’m seeing fantastic results! I look forward to more content from Pauline.

This is a real challenge for me, which is what I wanted. Simple, straight-forward exercises grouped to fatigue my muscles and get my heart rate going. Pauline communicates with me regularly to answer questions and to cheer me on. The Community is also wonderfully supportive. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is looking to get or stay fit in this easy-to-follow program. Expect to put some work (sweat equity) into it.

I love the program! I wish it was set up like instagram post showing each exercise as a video & you would slide to the next exercise & watch so I didn't have to put my readers on to see what's next :)

I really like that every workout is short. That way I have no excuse ! It is clear, simple and perfect for me as I have a really busy schedule during the day. With this challenge I am reconciling with home workouts. I recommend !

Pauline is wonderful. However, the interface could be a bit better. 1st of all, it would be great to be able to download this on a laptop so you wouldn't have to look at a small cell phone screen. It would also be great if you could switch from one exercise to the other without having to "x" out and go back; like have an arrow to move to the next window. It would allow the workout to flow much better.

i really like the challenge, its really diverse every day. i would prefer for myself more exercises for building muscles rather than that 2 days of jumping ( as i don't like much cardio exercises). for cardio i prefer hiking. i prefer lifting and streching as i need muscles and skin tonus. But overall i enjoyed the first week and i look forward to next one 💪🏼

The design of the workouts could use some improvement. Instead of having each individual exercise on a separate video, it should all be on one video so it's easier to maneuver. The app is also not synchable to my TV which was also very frustrating.
